DIRECTOR, GLOBAL REGULATORY - POSITION SUMMARY: Lead negotiations with hospital clients and health systems to secure arrangements that appropriately support sustainable economics and align with operational realities of local practices Serve as a primary strategic partner to local practices on compensation structure design, negotiation strategy, and economic modeling Develop negotiation frameworks and deal structures that balance client needs with RP’s and Mosaic’s enterprise priorities Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, RCM, Legal, and other core functions to align negotiation strategy with broader organizational objectives Convert strategic goals into clear analytical requirements and guide junior team members in developing financial models, scenario analyses, and negotiation support materials Engage directly with senior hospital executives and system‑level leaders to articulate RP’s value proposition and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions Support national client portfolio strategy, including prioritization of initiatives, revenue optimization, and long‑term planning.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, healthcare strategy, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex negotiations with senior executives, ideally within healthcare services or a similarly complex industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information quickly and develop actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and oversee analytical workstreams and mentor junior team members
