Supporting Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE) in Maryland, the Dir Corporate Community Impact will develop, lead, and execute strategic corporate giving programs, energy assistance/community engagement and workforce development initiatives. Including, but not limited to, developing and managing strategies that build goodwill, inform, educate and influence external stakeholders’ views and perspectives on Exelon initiatives, as outlined below: Workforce Collaborative Program · STEM Education & Career Awareness · Develop Workforce Pipeline and Pathway into Energy Careers · Corporate contributions · Events management · Sponsorships · Employee giving campaign · Sports Facilities Management · Employee Volunteer Program and energy assistance. · Memberships and dues · Matching Gifts Program · Community and Non-Profit Relations · Low-Income outreach and stakeholder management · Employee Board training and placement · Executive Positioning Monitor and evaluate these initiatives to ensure that they support the overall business goals and objectives. Direct and manage staff to accomplish the activities listed above while developing an environment that promotes diversity, high productivity and professional development. In addition, the position will: work with market research to develop and lead initiatives that have a direct and positive impact on customer satisfaction, specifically related to corporate reputational and community engagement; lead execution of business objectives by leveraging community partners and non-profits to support rate cases, legislation, technology enhancements, credit and collection and low-income programs which are critical elements of the business; ensure that the corporate cultural inclusion values are represented in all the work with community partners and non-profits; and lead the corporate positioning internally and externally in support of the corporate stewardship which impacts overall corporate reputation. This position also involved serving as a point of contact for initiative with the external stakeholders, including municipal officials, Councils of Government, community groups and a conduit of information and feedback from the external stakeholders and regulatory stakeholders to the Company. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
