About The Position

Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Director of Business Development (DBD)! If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you! This position, as an essential member of the Senior Management team, and works closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to design, develop, implement, direct and refine the facility's business development plan. The DBD oversees the facility's community liaison staff and directs their marketing and community relationship building efforts. The DBD also works closely with corporate staff to ensure that the company's strategic goals and annual budget expectations are achieved. Shift: Full-time Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of key business development concepts, methodology and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge and experience in leadership and personnel management principles.

• Knowledge and experience in developing effective business development strategies and plans.
