Requirements

Professional communication and social skills.
Basic math, computer skills, and ability to read and understand English.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 8–10 hours.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle additional tasks as assigned.
Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and holidays.
Awareness of potential hazards (cuts, burns, slips).
Ability to work closely with other staff and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, suggest items, and up-sell.
Take and enter orders into the POS system accurately. Check IDs for guests under 30. Maintain accurate financial records, including discounts and guest info.
Ensure food and beverage quality meets guest expectations. Package and deliver take-home items. Communicate guest feedback and complaints to management.
Ensure tables are set with polished glassware, flatware, china, and napkins. Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, respond quickly to spills. Manage table configuration for party sizes, perform pre-bussing, and restock as needed.
Follow sanitation and safety standards. Practice safe food handling, storage, and handling procedures. Complete required training and maintain clean equipment.
Produce accurate orders and meet sales goals. Develop repeat guest relationships through excellent service. Protect company assets with accurate cash handling and safe practices.
Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance. Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
