Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience serving in a high end restaurant setting required
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
• Positive and outgoing attitude
• At least 1-3 years serving experience
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Excellent at creating and updating Microsoft Word & Excel spreadsheets and will receive proper training on the internal operational systems (Opera, hotsos/rex, Mobile App)

Responsibilities

• The Server position provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options as well as information regarding preparation methods
• Delivery of food to guests
• Clearing tables and assisting server assistants
• Fully understanding the menu, including entrees, preparation and taste
• Using Point of Sale system
• Coordinating food timing and transporting items to the guest table
• Building rapport with the guest with above and beyond service
