About The Position

Harford Community College (HCC) is seeking as-needed workers to support dining services and concessions for events held at the APGFCU Arena. The role involves event set up, food preparation and service, concessions service, cashiering, alcohol service, and clean up. Candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and may occasionally be asked to support other events on HCC's campus. Work is generally performed on the College campus unless otherwise specified. Employees must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states and must be authorized to work in the United States, as the College does not offer Visa sponsorship for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Adhere to health department and sanitation regulations and procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• One year of previous food service experience preferred
