About The Position

The Dining Services Tech I is a full-time position at Westminster Palms. This role involves performing table service and providing excellent customer service according to established standards. Key duties include serving resident meals, performing light cleaning and stocking, washing dishes, cutting desserts, and preparing items for future meal periods. The individual must comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines of Westminster Communities and maintain temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.
• Perform table service and excellent customer based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Serve the resident’s meal according to meal ticket.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Other functions include washing dishes, cutting deserts and preparing items for the next scheduled meal period or day.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by the supervisor.
