About The Position
The Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for providing a quality dining experience by greeting and seating residents and guests, overseeing dining services staff in the absence of the Manager, and maintaining a pleasant and clean dining environment. The role includes assisting the Manager with daily supervision of dining services associates, ensuring smooth and timely opening and closing of the dining room, and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards. The supervisor will also assist in planning daily menus, ensuring proper staffing coverage, and overseeing staff during special events.
