We have an opening for team oriented, full-time Dining Services Supervisor for our West Bloomfield Campus. Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented. The Dining Supervisor manages all aspects of meal time service and the overall efficiency of the Dining room, Cafes and Catering functions. Responsible for overall supervision of all Dining Room, Café Staff, Catering functions, including training, hiring, evaluating and disciplining. Ensures the efficiency of food services. Accepts the responsibility of proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, trash disposal areas, equipment, cookware, dishes, etc. Performs stock and utility tasks as directed. Accepts responsibility of wait staff, bussers, and host duties in their absence if needed. Working hours for this position will require open availability to night shifts, weekend shifts and holiday’s shifts.
