Job SummaryAs a Dining Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful operation of the food and nutrition department at an acute care hospital. The hospital serves about 440 patient meals per day and retail locations including a cafe, coffee shop, and vending operations. The supervisor is responsible for opening the kitchen, building and adjusting prep lists, managing patient meal service, cash handling, and supporting in catering prep and set up.
