The role includes assisting the Manager with daily supervision of dining services associates, ensuring smooth and timely opening and closing of the dining room, and ensuring that meals are palatable and appetizing in appearance. The supervisor will also plan daily menus, assist in staffing coverage, and oversee staff during special events. This position requires a commitment to safety and sanitation standards and involves hiring, training, and managing departmental employees.
