Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
3 to 5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality food service operations (required)
Working knowledge of catering and special event execution, FOH/BOH (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead daily dining operations, including resident meals, guest service, and special events
Ensure full compliance with food service regulations and maintain survey readiness
Hire, train, coach, and develop dining team members in partnership with HR
Manage schedules, labor costs, payroll coordination, and departmental budgets
Oversee inventory, ordering, forecasting, and vendor relationships
Maintain POS systems, scheduling platforms, and required reports
Plan and execute special events, menus, and in-unit functions
Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian on nutrition and dietary programs
Conduct daily team huddles to review menus, service standards, and safety
Drive dining initiatives that elevate resident satisfaction and the Peterson Meadows brand
Foster strong communication and teamwork between front- and back-of-house teams
