In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality dining experience by overseeing that the dining room staff is well trained, knowledgeable about all menus, and that all dining room employees are providing a high degree of hospitality and service. You will supervise the daily operation of dining room(s), room service, and convenience store, ensuring that room service orders are delivered timely and properly, and that the dining room opens smoothly and on time.
