Oversees all aspects of the front of the house (FOH) operations in both Ferris Hills and/or Clark Meadows dining rooms: to maximize the dining experience and overall satisfaction of the residents. Responsible for being the face and setting the tenor of the dining room(s) and on the floor during meal service and special events; oversees pre-meal lineups and is visible and available to residents and associates. Collaborate daily with the Dining Services Manager to ensure that high standards of cleanliness, service and efficiency are maintained. Perform accurate account of dining statistics related to meal credits, nightly reports, café sales and monthly food service report. Enforce all department and health system policies and procedures as well as Department of Health Regulations.
