About The Position

Mirabella Portland, South Waterfront’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Dining Services Director to lead its dining services team across fine-dining restaurants, an upscale casual Bistro, and a catering program. The community emphasizes a luxury, resort-like environment, aiming to provide residents with an incredible restaurant experience without leaving home. As a Director, the individual will gain access to a network of industry professionals and residents. The role requires proven experience in operational management of food and beverage programs to ensure top-tier service for both residents and the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management of fine dining, hotel, country club, senior living or other hospitality settings
• Proven experience in operational management of food and beverage programs
• A valid Food Handlers card

Nice To Haves

• A ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate
