To perform a variety of duties in the Food Services Department which include, but are not limited to: prepare and stock cafeteria meal service line, salad bar, patient tray line, and patient kitchens prepare and serve food to patients, staff and the public deliver meal trays to guest service representatives on patient units assist with tray assembly as needed disassemble trays and clean food trucks service ware washing and pot washing manually or with dish machine wrapping silverware fill and deliver patient floor stock as assigned general cleaning
