Bachelor Village, located at 19800 SW Touchmark Way, along the beautiful Deschutes River, is currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, results-driven, and service-oriented Dining Services Assistant Manager at our award-winning senior living resort community.   • Create wait staff scheduling
  • Recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
  • Supervising the closure of the dining rooms at the end of dinner
  • Help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
  • Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
  • Help create a positive work environment in order to maintain low staff turnover
  • Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
  • Be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
  • Provide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
  • Support the needs of the dining department
