Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village, located at 19800 SW Touchmark Way, along the beautiful Deschutes River, is currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, results-driven, and service-oriented Dining Services Assistant Manager at our award-winning senior living resort community. Starting wage: $27.00/hr, or more, depending on experience, benefit-eligible.

Create wait staff scheduling
Recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
Supervising the closure of the dining rooms at the end of dinner
Help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
Help create a positive work environment in order to maintain low staff turnover
Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
Be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
Provide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
Support the needs of the dining department

Have the ability to work and make decisions in high-pressure situations
Have a strong understanding of dining operations
Be well-versed with training and scheduling team members
Possess the knowledge and/or ability to follow State and Federal regulations to meet all requirements and residents' rights
Be willing to work weekends, evenings, holidays and special events as needed; have a flexible schedule
