This position is responsible for food preparation/service and sanitation. (Filling steam tables. Retrieving food and supplies from the kitchen, coolers, warmers and dry stock areas to set up and maintain service lines.) Apply today for our Part Time Dining Services Attendant II opening! Food preparation/service responsibilities may include the use of knives and commercial kitchen equipment (steamers, fryers, pizza ovens, turbo chefs, etc.) and providing customer service by tending food stations (providing proper serving sizes and keeping station well stocked with menu items and dry goods). Sanitation responsibilities may include proper cleaning and storage of dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, pots and pans. (Gathering dirty dishes from dining platforms and trayveyor . Dishwashing in three compartment sink or commercial dish machine. Refilling the dish machine with appropriate chemicals as needed. Reshelving dishes to appropriate areas.) This position follows all proper safety and sanitation policies and procedures. This position is responsible for reading and accurately processing tickets from the GET ordering system (reading order ticket, gathering/preparing items for the order, taking order to appropriate pick-up area).
