The Lead Server is in charge of making sure that all job tasks in serving and cleaning are completed in accordance with Wingate Policies and procedures. S/he performs duties under the direction of the Dining Room Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided to meet the needs of residents
Requirements
- Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.
