Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

  • Previous food service or customer service experience a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming dining environment
  • Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
  • Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests
  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after meals
  • Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
