Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food service or customer service experience is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right candidate!
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a heart for serving others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positivity.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
- Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Assist residents with menu selections, including special dietary needs or preferences.
- Set, clean, and organize tables before and after meals to maintain a pleasant dining environment.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff about orders and dietary needs.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, supportive work atmosphere.
