Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right candidate!
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a heart for serving others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positivity.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Assist residents with menu selections, including special dietary needs or preferences.
• Set, clean, and organize tables before and after meals to maintain a pleasant dining environment.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff about orders and dietary needs.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, supportive work atmosphere.
