Requirements
- Prefer experience as a server in Assisted Living or Memory Care
- OR strong customer service/hospitality experience
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work in a team-centered, senior-living environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive dining service to residents during meals
- Assist with table setup, food delivery, and dining room cleanliness
- Ensure residents feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated
- Collaborate with kitchen and care teams to deliver a smooth dining experience
- Represent Alto’s commitment to hospitality and resident-centered service
