About The Position

The individual in this role will provide an exceptional dining experience to our dining room guests, ensuring that all food and beverages are delivered in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for preparing the dining room before each meal, assisting guests with their dining needs, cleaning the dining area, and assisting the Chef as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• One year of experience in related food service position preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in related food service position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wait staff service for the executive dining room including being punctual, considerate of guests, and demonstrating friendly and professional service.
• Conduct waitstaff duties including proper techniques for setting table and serving guests.
• Prepare and run the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Follow established procedures for setting table and serving guests.
• Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards. Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques.
