About The Position

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring Dining Room Team Members! The primary responsibility of our Servers is to create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. Team members working in this position will be trained and expected to perform as waiters/waitresses, bussers, runners, hosts/hostess, and cashiers. Servers may be asked to work in other departments as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old or older.
• Ability to use simple math concepts.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Prior food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.
• Perform as waiters/waitresses, bussers, runners, hosts/hostess, and cashiers.
• Work in other departments as necessary.
