About The Position

As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience for our residents and guests. This hands-on leadership role allows you to train, coach, and work alongside our dining staff, ensuring excellence in service and hospitality every day.

Requirements

• Be passionate about delivering 100% customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate commitment to high-quality dining and service standards
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality education preferred)
• Have bartending experience and a working knowledge of basic mixology
• Bring experience in resort-style or fine dining settings
• Have prior supervisory experience in a customer-service focused role
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Communicate clearly in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Exhibit patience, professionalism, and tact when interacting with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

Responsibilities

• Training, coaching, and mentoring dining staff to ensure consistent quality service
• Creating and managing schedules for dining staff
• Overseeing multiple dining rooms and ensuring a superior table service experience
• Monitoring dining room cleanliness and readiness between all meals
• Supporting special events, holidays, and busy service periods
• Leading and supporting a team of young people in a hospitality setting
