Dining Room Manager Job Profile Coordinates and supervises food and beverage service and assists as needed. Coordinates and supervises the cleanliness of all dining areas. Maintains strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy. Assists with special functions and events as necessary. Ensures that all flatware, condiments, and beverages are in a constant state of readiness. Maintains clean, orderly, and safe kitchen and dining room environment. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Maître D′ or Dining Room Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience as a host or dining room supervisor.
As a condition of employment at a Civitas Senior Living community, all new hires will be asked to complete a screening process as required by state regulations.
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of this process.
Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.
