We are currently seeking a full-time Dining Room Supervisor to oversee and support our front-of-house dining team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a strong background in hospitality, a commitment to high service standards, and a dedication to resident satisfaction and operational excellence. Experience in senior living - such as long-term care, assisted living, or memory support - is preferred, along with a genuine passion for serving older adults.
