About The Position

Walker Methodist Highview Hills seeks two Dining Room Supervisors to manage all front-of-house details to include providing a high-quality, positive dining experience for all residents and guests as well as assist with hiring, training and scheduling Waitstaff and Dishwashers. Schedule options: Full-time, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm including every other weekend and availability for special events, as necessary. Part-time, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm including every other weekend, 1 or 2 shifts during the week and availability for special events, as necessary.

Requirements

Experience in managing or hosting in a restaurant-style dining experience
Experience in successfully hiring, training and coaching employees to perform at their best
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Basic computer skills
Ability to model Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
