Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear verbal communication with guests and team members.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations to enhance customer experiences.
  • Supervise and train dining staff for exceptional service.
  • Handle reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
  • Ensure accuracy in order taking and transmission to the kitchen.
  • Promote upselling and maintain a strong grasp of the menu.
  • Resolve conflicts among staff and address customer concerns.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
