Requirements

Minimum 2 years of supervisor or lead server experience in a restaurant, hotel, or senior living environment.
Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and developing teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A warm, professional demeanor and genuine love for serving seniors.

Nice To Haves

Experience creating and managing staff schedules preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily dining room operations, ensuring meals are served efficiently, warmly, and in alignment with Golden Pond’s service standards.
Train, coach, and mentor servers to ensure a positive, professional, and team-focused environment.
Collaborate with the Culinary Director to ensure excellent communication between the kitchen and dining teams.
Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
Support with scheduling servers and hosts (experience with scheduling software preferred).
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead by example - providing service support during busy meal times and events.
