About The Position
The Dining Room Supervisor will lead daily operations in our community’s restaurant. You will train team members, helping create an incredible dining experience for our residents, while building lasting relationships with them. This role includes managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and covering shifts resulting from call-offs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in a hospitality-focused environment.
