About The Position

Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 35 Year Track Record of Excellence and a 5 star nursing home rating - Quality Care. We are currently seeking a hospitality minded Dining Room Servers. We offer flexible work schedules for AM and PM shifts. We are a full service, cook to order, restaurant. Staff receive complimentary meals and uniforms. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care and service to our residents.

Requirements

• Desire to provide outstanding care and service.
• Ability to work flexible schedules for AM and PM shifts.
• Experience in a dining or hospitality environment is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a restaurant or dining service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent dining service to residents and guests.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining room.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
