• Communicate knowledge of menu items and suggest alternatives when appropriate.
• Inform supervisor of any service difficulties or guest issues.
• Complete all closing duties before signing out.
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude towards guests and fellow associates.
• Perform pre-busing of tables and keep dining areas organized and clutter-free.
• Work in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner, following health and safety regulations.
