As a Dining Room Server at The Sharon at SouthPark, your main responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. On a day-to-day basis, you will greet residents and their guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that residents' dietary preferences and restrictions are respected at all times. In addition to serving meals, you will also be responsible for clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. As a valued member of our team, you will communicate effectively with both residents and colleagues, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Your dedication to providing exceptional service will also extend to collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of meal service and assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
