About The Position

Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation. Dining Room Servers at The Citadel Assisted and Independent Living are responsible for: Professionally serving high quality meals in our restaurant-style dining rooms. Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests. Maintaining server areas, food preparation and storage areas, and dining rooms.
