About The Position

Twin Farms Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join their Dining Room team as AM Servers. This role is committed to delivering thoughtful, attentive service and setting exceptional standards in food and beverage experiences during breakfast, lunch, and special events. Twin Farms is a private, all-inclusive luxury resort exclusively for adults, renowned for its Forbes Five-Star hospitality, exceptional farm-to-table dining, and deeply personalized service. The resort is set on 300 acres of pristine countryside in Barnard, Vermont.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skill
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and continuous learning

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restaurant service, fine dining, or hospitality
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests during breakfast and lunch, as well as any special events that may arise
  • Providing attentive, professional service to guests
  • Greeting guests and presenting menu items in a pleasant and informative manner
  • Answering general questions regarding food and beverage offerings
  • Accurately taking and serving food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Communicating all guest dietary needs and preferences to the kitchen team
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, and common spaces
  • Completing daily side work, including stocking supplies, polishing silverware and glassware, bussing tables, rearranging the dining room, and general cleaning duties
  • Assisting with room service as needed
  • Supporting the Dining Room Manager and Supervisors with projects and tasks as assigned
  • Arriving on time, professionally dressed, and ready to begin their shift at the scheduled start time
  • Following established service standards and procedures
