About The Position
Bridgewater: A Legacy Retirement Community is hiring full-time Dining Room Servers to join our senior living community! If you're friendly, dependable, and looking for flexible scheduling, we'd love to meet you! As a Dining Room Server, you'll play a key role in creating positive dining experiences for our residents by: Greeting residents warmly and providing friendly, attentive service Taking food orders accurately and ensuring meals are delivered correctly Engaging with residents and building meaningful connections Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming Working closely with the kitchen and dining team members This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and making a difference in others' lives. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Patient, responsible, and caring with seniors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- No prior food service experience required - we're happy to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Greeting residents warmly and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking food orders accurately and ensuring meals are delivered correctly
- Engaging with residents and building meaningful connections
- Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming
- Working closely with the kitchen and dining team members
Benefits
- $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
