About The Position

As a Dining Room Server at Senior Star, you’ll work in a senior living community providing a five-star dining experience to residents. Unlike restaurants, hospitals, or nursing homes, our community offers a residential environment where exceptional care and meaningful connections are our top priorities.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on excellent service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A compassionate, patient demeanor and a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, if needed.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service during breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, depending on the dining schedule.
• Create a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and team members.
• Support the community’s dining operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for residents.
