The Dining Room Manager plays an integral role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for residents and guests. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the dining room (s) by assisting in the set-up, service and cleaning of the dining room (s) and in ensuring the dining experience is enjoyable, timely, and engaging for residents and guests. He/She guides and coaches the Dining Room Servers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
