About The Position

Harrison on 5th, a premier senior living community, is seeking a Dining Room Manager to elevate the hospitality and service in our beautiful dining spaces. As our Dining Room Manager, you'll lead by example, bringing energy, warmth, and attention to detail to every meal service. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for how residents and guests experience one of the most important parts of their day—mealtime.

Requirements

• Two years minimal experience in food service leadership (restaurant or senior living a plus)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• High standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• A heart for service and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others
