Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- A passion for service and team development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for others
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior living, country club, or upscale dining (a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of servers and dining staff
- Oversee daily dining operations and service excellence
- Ensure an exceptional resident and guest experience
- Coordinate with culinary leadership for seamless service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
