What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a team of servers and dining staff Oversee daily dining operations and service excellence Ensure an exceptional resident and guest experience Coordinate with culinary leadership for seamless service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality Train, mentor, and develop team members What You Bring 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience A passion for service and team development Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in senior living, country club, or upscale dining (a plus!) Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
  • A passion for service and team development
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for others

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in senior living, country club, or upscale dining (a plus!)
