About The Position

The Dining Room Manager at Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale will play a crucial role in the opening of a new restaurant scheduled for April 2025. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience.
  • ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in food production and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Oversee the evaluation and assignment of work to associates.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Communicate suggestions for improvement to management.
  • Report unsafe conditions and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
  • Know and implement emergency procedures in the restaurant.
