About The Position
Chick-fil-A is hiring a hospitality-focused Dining Room Hostess/Host! Are you looking for a fun and dynamic working environment? As a Dining Room Hostess/Host, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our guests have a delightful dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant. Applicants must be capable of physically demanding tasks, including, but not limited to: lifting 30-50lbs., lifting above the head, repetitive motion, and standing for extended periods of time. Team Members will need to contribute to overall food safety excellence at the restaurant, including wearing latex or non-latex gloves and using sanitary wipes to clean equipment or surfaces as needed. Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- Ensure a fresh flower rotation to beautify the dining room
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Check in with the guests; offer dipping sauces; refresh their beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth dining operations
- Maintain restroom cleanliness, dining room cleanliness, trash area cleanliness
- Connect with guests, offering Attentive and Courteous service
- Opportunities for lunch shifts, dinner shifts, or both
