The responsibility of our front counter staff is to provide the highest level of hospitality, continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.

Requirements

Customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to lift 20-50 pounds on a regular basis
Passion for cleanliness and attention to detail
Able to multi-task
Work well independently and in a team environment
Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship
Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

Responsibilities

Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
Strive to build great relationships with guests
Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming environment for guests
Maintain cleanliness in dining room (tables, chairs, floors, windows, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, play area, foyer and parking lot
Keep all condiment stations stocked and clean
Ensure dining trays are clean and available to Front Counter throughout the shift
Remove trash from dining room
Support Front Counter operations when necessary (stocking, running, cleaning, etc.)
Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
