About The Position

Dining room hosts are responsible for consistently providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This person would be assigned to work in our dining room to serve guests by making sure guests are welcomed, the dining room is clean, checking in on guests during their visit, and delivering exceptional hospitality to our community.

• 70% English fluency rate to accurately take guests' orders

• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in dining room
• Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, and offer a fond farewell as they leave
• Table touch-ins to check on the guests during their visit
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
