As a Chick-fil-A Dining Room Host, you will be responsible for the following: 1. Care for Guests: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Anticipate guests' needs and provide assistance as required. Deliver meals to guests at their table or designated pick-up areas, ensuring they have an excellent experience. 2. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of the dining room, playground, and surrounding areas. Maintain restrooms in a clean and sanitary condition. Perform hourly checks and follow checklists to uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in the restroom and dining room. 3. Stocking and Organization: Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Maintain order and cleanliness in the restaurant, parking lot, and green space. Collaborate with Front of House to support the overall business operation. 4. Training and Collaboration: Train and educate team members on providing a clean, inviting dine-in experience for every guest. Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high level of service. If hired for the Chick-fil-A Princeton Woods location, the employee will be immediately required to get trained and work at Chick-fil-A Dumfries before the tentative date of the grand opening for Princeton Woods. Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
