Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Fluent in speaking English
Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies
Gain knowledge of all menu items and in-restaurant events
Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
Keep the dining room & restrooms clean to Chick-fil-A's standards. Cleaning tasks include, but may not be limited to, cleaning off table tops, sweeping and mopping dining room floors, and cleaning doors and windows.
Engage our guests with a servant-hearted mindset, hospitality, and care by asking if they need refills on beverages, clear trays and check if they need any sauces etc.
Always go the second-mile while caring for our guests
Create special moments by surprising & delighting guests
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
