Your primary responsibility is to use your knowledge, hospitality and service skills to ensure that residents and guests are enjoying their dining experience. You will train and mentor our servers in place setting, menu presentation, seating arrangements/reservations, order taking, tray setup/delivery, portioning of food, coffee/juice beverage machines, service during meals, bussing of tables, and cleanup to ensure the dining room front of house (FOH) runs smoothly and complies with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. Plus, champion our New Perspective’s mission and values to form a collaborative team model. All of this will help enhance our overall dining experience and make our meal time one of the best parts of our residents' day.
